What the PTSA does

The Dumbarton Middle School PTSA is a registered nonprofit and a chartered unit of the National PTA. We're run entirely by parent and staff volunteers, we keep a real operating budget, and every meeting's minutes are recorded and posted for members.

Fall Flower Distribution

Thursday, October 8, 2026 · 2:00–5:30 PM · Parking lot behind Dumbarton by the Dumbarton House

The flower sales are near closing but we need help with distribution! Please consider signing up for a slot listed below. Event takes place on Thursday, October 8th from 2:00 - 5:30 PM. Stock the Staff Snack Station

Ongoing — drop off at your convenience

Please help us to stock the staff snack station for our hardworking faculty, staff and administration throughout the school year! Items will be shared with faculty, administration and staff during staff meetings, in the staff break room, and at other staff events. Items can be dropped off to the front office at your convenience.

A beloved Dumbarton tradition — every student participates in a short, family-friendly fun run around the school and every runner takes home a pie. No registration needed for students. Volunteers are needed to help make it happen!

For parents

Every dollar goes straight back into Dumbarton — events, teacher support, and student programming. You can give directly through PayPal, or shop through our Give Back partner at no extra cost to you.

Direct donation (PayPal)

We ask each family to consider $60 per student or $75 per family — any donation over $60 includes PTSA membership. This year's goal is $25,000 to fund Roar Rallies, year-end activities, the Pie Run, dances, field trips, treat carts, and staff appreciation.
